Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary:
is situated on the western tip to the Charao Island along Mandovi River. It is birdwatchers’ paradise. Here visitors can see various species of birds including migratory birds. Mangroves swamps at this sanctuary are haven for local birds and migratory birds. Visitors are allowed entry with the prior permission of the Chief Wildlife Warden.
